According to the new Electricity Market Law No. 6446 published on 30.03.2013, investors in renewable energy source-based production facilities with a maximum installed capacity of 1 MW are exempt from the obligation to obtain a license and establish a company. Thanks to this article, consumers in Turkey have also had the opportunity to meet their own domestic consumption as electricity producers and to sell their excess production to the electricity distribution company at the unit prices determined by the law. Within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the regulation, applications for unlicensed electricity production are made to the electricity distribution company of the region, and a call letter is sent to projects whose applications are deemed positive as a result of the preliminary evaluation made by the distribution company, and technical projects and information regarding the facility are requested. Projects that pass these stages can be connected to the system by making a connection agreement with the relevant distribution company.

• Location of the facility, electricity consumption and resource analysis, concept project study and installed power determination,
• Layout of the facility to be established, layout plan, detailed cabling plans and design of carrier construction connection elements,
• Preparation of detailed survey with application project, technical specifications and price offer studies,
• Detailed energy production analysis study, which takes into account shading analysis, horizon analysis, system element and network losses and many other parameters for projects with prepared application projects,
• Processing the production values obtained through energy production analysis into feasibility studies according to detailed and different scenarios,
• Collecting various financing instruments and loan offers for the system to be established according to the investor's financial position,
• Preparing all information-documents-projects and calculations to be submitted to the electricity distribution company and submitting them for approval to the distribution company and following up on approval processes,
• All kinds of excavation, leveling, leveling, excavation, etc. infrastructure works that may be required for the construction of photovoltaic facilities, as well as manufacturing or supply of supporting constructions, transportation to the site and installation,
• Supply, import and installation of PV panels, inverters, cables, connectors, communication systems, measurement and monitoring systems and all equipment that constitutes a PV system and that the investor may additionally request,
• PV system commissioning, distribution company temporary and final acceptance works, production data monitoring, accredited monitoring and reporting services upon request,
• Service and troubleshooting works for operational PV systems can be summarized as periodic or preventive maintenance, emergency service and repair works.

According to the new Electricity Market Law No. 6446 published on 30.03.2013, it has become mandatory to have at least 1 year of measurements in accordance with the standard in wind and solar energy-based license applications. The measurement systems, the methods and standards of which are determined by EPDK and MGM, together with the legal obligation, enable the investor to conduct a feasibility study based on measurements during the license process regarding the project area he has determined.

ENISOLAR, as one of the most experienced companies in the sector in wind and solar measurements, provides services to investors from A to Z in the measurement process, which is one of the most critical stages of the licensing process. These services are;

  • Determining the most suitable measurement point on the project site for wind and solar energy measurements
  • Supply of measuring equipment, manufacturing, transportation and installation of measuring poles
  • Monitoring and reporting of measurement data, ensuring its flow to MGM and controlling it,
  • Service and repair operations to solve malfunctions and problems that may occur at measurement stations,
  • To keep the measurement stations operational for many years by performing periodic mechanical and electronic maintenance,
  • When the location of the measurement stations needs to be changed, they can be grouped under the following headings: disassembly, transportation, stockpiling or re-installation after shipping to new sites.
